Leave in a consulting firm is not only a balance: it does or does not break a staffing plan. Who approves leave when the person is staffed?
The approval flow is configurable. For some types, the approver is the engagement manager on the requested dates. Pending and processed requests show who decided, the dates and the type. The project plan sees the leave: no mid-week surprise.
Counters, countries, public holidays — without breaking the plan
Each person has a counter: type, opening balance, accrual, consumption. The calendar shows the next three months. Leave types, formulas and public holidays live in settings, including by country. The timesheet pre-fills accordingly.
