This module allows you to manage post-project evaluations in both top-down and bottom-up formats. All evaluations are then synthesized to facilitate promotion decisions during evaluation sessions.
In the Evaluations module, you will have a global view of ongoing evaluations (by project, period, and 360°) as well as completed evaluations. You also have the option to create an evaluation by project, period, or 360° type. When creating an evaluation, you can define the evaluation type for a single evaluator or give access to all evaluators.
An evaluation summary for an employee is possible. You can create the evaluation type, evaluation format, and content yourself.
