Evaluation software for your consulting firm

This module allows you to manage top-down and bottom-up post-project evaluations. All evaluations are then summarised to facilitate promotion decisions during evaluation sessions.

In the Evaluations module, you will have an overview of ongoing evaluations (per project, per period and 360°) and closed evaluations. You also have the possibility to create a project, period and 360° evaluation. When creating an evaluation, you can define the type of evaluation for a single evaluator or give all evaluators access to it.

The evaluation overview of an employee is possible. You can create the type of appraisal, the form of the appraisal and the content yourself.
